We are no longer accepting new patients with Medicare Advantage Plans, we will continue seeing our established patients with these plans.
When services are provided in a hospital facility, you will receive separate bills from each physician, medical doctor, surgeon, radiologist, pathologist, anesthesiologist, as well as a bill from the hospital.
Yes. Late fees are applied monthly. If no payment is made in 90 days, the account may be turned over to a collection agency.
Include the name of the patient whose account is being paid, patient account number, and the tear off portion of the statement.
