Why do I receive more than one bill when I am seen at the hospital?
Creekmore2018-07-12T13:12:47-05:00When services are provided in a hospital facility, you will receive separate bills from each physician, medical doctor, surgeon, radiologist, pathologist, anesthesiologist, as well as a bill from the hospital.
If my account is not kept current are there late fees or penalties charged?

What do I have to send with my payment?

When is my deductible due?
